  • Unlimited ‘Matter Tags’: These virtual call-out buttons can be installed into your tour to highlight features and communicate specific information (recent upgrades, promo videos, or provide context or inspiration to a rental floor plan.)

  • High-definition image stills

  • 3d Interactive dollhouse view of property

  • Basic 3d floor plan (without measurements)

 
 

Mid-Level Virtual Tour Package: Marketing and space-planning tools for Residential and commercial property owners

Go beyond virtual tours with the mid-level plan. Virtual Image Services gives you all the features in the standard plan, plus measurements of your space within 1% accuracy of ground measurements. Create accurate field measurements with ease and translate them into to 2d floor plans. $.10 per square foot plus an additional $50-$150 depending on complexity of the project.

  • Standard package features

  • Detailed schematic floor plan which illustrates basic room measurements and dimensions, using a 3d model

  • 2D space planning and staging

Our all-inclusive package combines the features of the Matterport tour, plus powerful virtual 3d modeling software to bring your renovation concepts to life. Realistic visualization tools including 3d furniture and room staging present potential clients with an immersive experience of your potential revisions and renovations before you hammer your first nail. $.10 per square foot, $200+ additional depending on complexity.
